In other words, “Do No Harm.”
Before you start have you thought about the potential risks?
How do the rewards pan out in light of those risks?
Have you contrasted your possible success with your possible failure?
We don’t train mom’s and dad’s to be olympic lifters (unless they want it) because the risk of injury in learning the olympic lifts when you’re 35 significantly increase.
Keep in mind the people you work with, the organization you represent, and your reputation 10 years from now.
Did you hurt anybody along the way?
Always keep this stuff in mind, before you begin.
